Abstract Submission Closed
Dear Participants, please note that the abstract submission is now closed and we do not accept any new papers or posters.
Notification of Abstract Acceptance
Dear Participants! We have received over 300 submissions, which are now under evaluation by the Scientific Committee. Thank you for your contibutions. We will be sending e-mail notifications concerning the acceptance of the abstracts from the 18th of April. Everyone should receive a notification by the end of April. We would like to kindly ask you not to send us individual enquiries about the status of the submitted abstracts before then, as we will be unable to answer them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Online Payment Is Now Available
Online payment is now available. After logging in to your account, you will see a Payment panel (on the right side) where you can edit your fees for the registration and for accompanying events (Gala Dinner). After you select at least one fee, please click on the „Pay on-line” link, and you will see the payment options. Please select one or several fees that you want to pay for and click on the orange „Pay on-line” button and follow the instructions. After you log in again, the payment status should change to „Paid”.
Please remember to provide your institution data for the invoice by going to: Participants –> Registration data –> Institution/Organisation data.
